Returns Policy

Any goods returned to Allmach, other than goods incorrectly supplied, or goods with major defects will only be accepted for credit on the conditions that:

1. A Return Authority has been provided by Allmach,
2. The Goods are in saleable condition,
3. The Goods are stock items and are returned within 3 months of purchase,
4. A 15% restocking fee plus GST is charged,
5. The Freight charges are paid by the customer, and
6. The Goods returned are exactly the goods supplied by Allmach

Goods which are non-stock items and/or are made/fabricated to order are not returnable for credit.
